Gerhard Daum, award winning composer and multi-instrumentalist, presents his new album FLUGELHORN & STRINGS. The instrumental compositions combine elements of classical and jazz music with contemporary film score string arrangements.

The Flugelhorn serves as lead instrument, its sound is a velvety mezzo-soprano, amazingly warm and expressive.

Together, the Flugelhorn and the modern string orchestrations illuminate all senses of the listener, creating a canvas for cinematic images and emotions.
